How do I connect my CTT account to ParcelRush?
Go to Settings, then Carriers, and select CTT. Enter your CTT credentials. The connection takes under 5 minutes and works with any existing CTT account or contract.
Can I compare CTT rates with other carriers?
Yes. ParcelRush shows live CTT rates alongside every other carrier you've connected (DHL, UPS, DPD, etc.) on every order. For Portuguese domestic deliveries, CTT Expresso is often the most competitive option.
Which CTT services does ParcelRush support?
CTT Expresso, CTT Expresso Nacional, and CTT Expresso Internacional. Availability depends on your country and CTT contract. Contact us if a specific service isn't visible in your account.
Does ParcelRush handle CTT international shipments?
For eligible cross-border shipments, ParcelRush generates CN22 and CN23 automatically. Availability depends on the destination and the CTT service used.
Can I generate CTT labels in bulk?
