Shipping rules
The right carrier,
decided automatically
Define conditions once and ParcelRush applies them on every single order. No deliberating, no clicking through the same choices a hundred times a day.
- Every variable that matters: weight, destination, value, all usable as conditions
- Assign a specific carrier or carrier service
- Always pick the cheapest label or the fastest delivery
- Complex routing? One rule handles it. You set it once and forget it.
- Rules evaluated in priority order, stack as many as you need

Bulk processing
200 orders
One click
Select all pending orders, run automation, generate labels. Done in seconds. Rules apply to the full batch simultaneously. Exceptions are isolated for review; everything else ships.
- Process your entire daily batch in one action
- Mixed carriers handled simultaneously
- Exceptions automatically isolated. They don't block the rest
- Labels ready to print the moment processing ends

Label quality
Every label,
complete and ready
Every label ParcelRush generates is ready to ship. If a required field is missing (a phone number for express, a valid postcode), the order waits until it's fixed. Nothing leaves incomplete.
- Required fields checked before every label
- Phone number validated for express carriers
- Invalid postcodes caught before submission
- No label generated until the order is complete

FAQ
Questions about
automation
How do automation rules work?
You define conditions (destination, weight, dimensions, order value) and assign an action (carrier + service, cheapest label, or fastest delivery). When an order comes in, ParcelRush evaluates your rules from top to bottom and applies the first match. If no rule matches, the order is flagged for manual selection.
What happens when no rule matches an order?
The order stays in your orders list and waits for manual processing. You pick the carrier and service yourself, then generate the label. Rules only apply when there is a match.
Is there a limit on the number of rules I can create?
No. You can create as many rules as your operation requires. Rules are evaluated in priority order. Drag to reorder them at any time.
How does bulk processing work?
Filter your orders by store, date, or status, select them all, and generate labels in one click. ParcelRush applies your rules to every selected order. Orders that are incomplete stay in the list until the missing information is added.
