A label printed with the wrong origin address means the carrier rejects it, the customer waits, and you start over. ParcelRush generates the right label for each warehouse automatically: correct origin, carrier, and format, every time.

  • All warehouse locations in one dashboard
  • You assign each order to the right warehouse
  • Correct label generated for each location
  • Split orders across warehouses when needed

Questions about
fulfillment

How does the location-sorted pick list work?
ParcelRush generates a pick list sorted by warehouse location code: aisle, shelf, bin. Your team walks through the warehouse in order instead of zigzagging back and forth. The list is a PDF you can print or open on any screen.
How does multi-warehouse routing work?
You choose which warehouse handles each order. ParcelRush then generates the right label for that warehouse: correct origin address, carrier, and format. No risk of printing a Portuguese label for stock that's sitting in France.
What if an order can't be fulfilled from a single warehouse?
You can split the order manually: ship part from one warehouse and the rest from another. Each shipment gets its own label and tracking number.
Is there a limit on warehouse locations?
No. You can connect as many warehouse locations as your operation requires, all managed from the same dashboard.
How does carrier pickup scheduling work?
From your ParcelRush dashboard, you choose the pickup day and time slot for each carrier. Multiple slots are available. For carriers that require a pickup manifest, it is generated automatically from your day's orders. No need to call the carrier or log into their portal.
Do all carriers require a pickup manifest?
No. Only some carriers require a pickup manifest when collecting packages. ParcelRush generates it automatically when needed, so you don't have to think about it.
Can I add custom information to my labels?
Yes. If you ship domestically or within Europe and don't need the customs field, you can use it to print SKU and quantity directly on the label. It acts as a mini pick list embedded in the label itself: your team sees exactly what goes in the box without printing a separate packing slip. Particularly useful for simple operations with one or two SKUs.
