What does ParcelRush do?

ParcelRush is multi-carrier shipping software for online retailers. It pulls in orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce or Squarespace store, compares your own carrier contract rates in real time, generates labels and customs documents in bulk, then sends the tracking number back to your store. You pay per label, with no subscription.

Which carriers are available?

DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, CTT and Colissimo, compared in real time on every shipment. You always see the best rate without switching tabs or logging into multiple accounts. Need a carrier we don't support yet? Let us know. We add carriers based on demand.

Do I need a contract with each carrier?

Yes, a business account with each carrier you want to use. ParcelRush connects to it and shows your rates in real time. That is what keeps you free: the contract is yours, it doesn't depend on ParcelRush, and it stays with you if you switch tools. No account yet? Our guide explains how to open a carrier business account: there is no minimum volume.

Is it complicated to switch shipping software?

No. You connect your store and your carrier accounts, then import your shipment history and products. Most merchants are up and running within a day, and if needed our team handles the migration with you.

Can I try it before switching?

How does real-time rate comparison work?

When you process an order, ParcelRush queries all your connected carrier accounts simultaneously using your own negotiated rates. Results appear in under a second. You pick the rate you want, or let automation rules pick for you.

Can I print labels in bulk?

Yes. Select any number of orders and generate all labels in one action. Labels download as PDF or ZPL, as a single file or individually. Tracking is activated automatically for every label generated.

What label formats are supported?

PDF (standard desktop printing) and ZPL (thermal label printers like Zebra). Format selection is per carrier or set globally in your account settings.

Can I manage multiple stores from one account?

Yes, unlimited stores on all plans. Connect as many Shopify, WooCommerce, or Squarespace stores as you need. Orders from all stores appear in a single dashboard.
